We went fairy house hunting at our local Arboretum. The girls had a blast! Hidden along one of the walking paths families had built fairy houses out of mostly natural materials. We just found out about the program and will definitely sign up next year! Meanwhile we will build our own fairy house in our yard.

This is another thing my girls love to do when we're camping. 4th of July week our sites are right next to a little patch of woods and all the girls stay in there for hours and make a whole fairy village. One night during the week, our friend always sneaks in after dark, breaks a glow stick and spreads it in and around the houses and says the fairies came to visit. The girls look forward to it every time we go there. The first year he did it, the girls were so happy that the fairies visited them.
