A strip of felt, 6 sequins, 6 seed beads, and some iron on velcro.
Easy...right?
The trouble is, now there is a line of furry friends that all of a sudden NEED a collar.
Be careful what you start. :-)
Although, this would be a cute Valentine's Day gift for your little one!
